What is the purpose of this site?

 

My goal is to empower people with knowledge, in the hopes that you'll ask questions.  I recommend resources which turn on the light, and make people hungry for the next step in their self-education.  I want you asking questions on everything you think you know.  The answers will astound you.

 

 

Where did the name "Rock The Moment" come from?

 

It came from my previous DJ business.  As a life-long music enthusiast and DJ, I sold my business in 2008, however, I kept the trademark name and domain name "Rock The Moment" (from Rock The Moment Entertainment). 

 

So, when I created this website, I decided to use the Rock The Moment trademark to identify my brand of recommended resources.  "Rock The Moment" (abbreviated RTM Media & Entertainment) is still the name of the company I created.  I simply inserted the word "media" in front of the entertainment part to mark the change in focus of my company after 2008.

 

 

Is this a movement, protest, or organization?

 

In one word...no way!  Rock The Moment is not affiliated with any political party, movement, candidate, religion, or organization of any kind. 

 

I tend to stay away from any type of organization or movement.  They're too easily co-opted, corrupted, and maligned. 

 

I focus on myself.  I want you to focus on yourself.  I would never call the conscious awakening being experienced by so many a "revolution," but rather an "evolution" - an evolution of consciousness.  I even saw one group call it a "re-love-ution," which I think is an excellent term for the worldwide conscious awakening taking place at a record pace today.

 

 

Who operates Rock The Moment?

 

The website, media, and entertainment company is operated by creator and author John R. Savalli (that's me).  You can contact me here with any suggestions.

 

 

Where did RockTheMoment.com go?

 

Our loyal followers know that RockTheMoment.com went offline for a while on 8/5/2010.  Due to the growth of the site, I decided it was time for some upgrades and changes to our hosting.  What should have taken a month, ended up taking a little while longer - but we're back in action!  Send me some people.

 

 

How do I get a resource to be recommended by Rock The Moment?

How is this site supported?  Do you have any financial arrangements with the creators or distributors of recommended resources?

 

This site is supported by advertising, and in some cases, affiliate links.  Often, I feature affiliate links for products or people I recommend exploring.  If you click on my affiliate link to purchase the product, I receive a small commission for referring you.  Each affiliate link is clearly marked with an asterik*.  It's a way for the site to generate a few extra dollars each month to help pay for stuff (hosting, etc.).

 

My recommendations are true, and are not in any way based on affiliate commission, or any other financial arrangement. 

 

I paid for every book or program I recommend (where cost is involved), and received nothing for free (that would normally cost money) from any creator or distributor.

 

In short, my recommendations are my own.

 

Concerning the book Money As Energy, I wrote it, so obviously I profit from that (advertising on the Money As Energy website, affiliate links there, and also sales and licensing of the Money As Energy book across multiple platforms).  A double asterik** is used to indicate my interest in the book, where appropriate.  You won't necessarily see it on my banner ads for the book.

Will Rock The Moment ever be more than just a website?

 

Rock The Moment is going to be a phenomenon, but for now, I'll have to settle for a website, and maybe a radio show.  I'll let you know.

 

 

I think your site is awesome.  I want to wear shirts, bumper stickers, and underwear with your logo on it.  Do you have any yet?

 

The answer is no, but I'm working on it.  We don't even have a really solid logo yet - but all of that in due time.  I know my car could use a few more bumper stickers, and who doesn't need new underwear?  Rock The Moment gear is going to be the coolest stuff on the planet.
